Bombay sandwich recipe

Bombay sandwich is a delicious & popular sandwich ready-made with green chutney and lots of veggies. These sandwiches are not only common on the streets of Mumbai, but can also be found in most Indian restaurants, chaat centers and even in tea shops.  Most mass love to bask these with a cup of Indian masala chai.

  • ½ tsp cumin / jeera powder
  • 4 to 6 slices Bread
  • Butter pro re nata (softened)

For the green chutney

  • 1 cups coriander
  • ½ cup whole lot / pudina
  • ½ bread slice Oregon 1 tbsp cooked Gram
  • ½ tsp cumin / jeera
  • 2 political party chilies hot, (adjust arsenic requisite)
  • 1 ail clove / lahsun, bitty
  • ¼ inch gingerroot / adrak
  • Maize juice as desired

Preparation

  • Keep the butter out of the electric refrigerator to relent.

  • Boil Potatoes, beets in what ever elbow room you the like. They need to be firm and not soggy operating room mushy.

  • Slice the onions, cucumber, tomatoes and boiled beets and potatoes.
